Learn about the history of cheese, how it’s made, the different classifications of cheese, and finally, how to taste.

Class size is limited to 20, submit form below, call, or stop by the shop to register.

$40 per person includes at least 10oz of cheese and their pairings, crackers, and an adult beverage. 20% off all cheeses after class!
