Charcuterie is a cured meat process pre-dates Roman times. Learn about history of Prosciutto, Salumi, and Pâté, and taste the different charcuterie from the case in a unique vertical tasting. The charcuterie in the case range from pork to duck!

Class size is limited to 20, submit form below, call, or stop by the shop to register.
Class includes at least 10oz of meats and their pairings, crackers, and an adult beverage.

Classes can be rescheduled but not refunded. Rescheding has to occur within 24 hours of the class. Opt out or no shows will not be refunded. Emergency situations will be considered.
