From it’s humble start in France during pre-Roman times to it’s cheese super star status of today. We’ll look at the different styles from clothbound to loaf and everything in-between. Who has the best tasting cheddar, Wisconsin or Vermont? We will be tasting a variety of cheddars and their pairings..some classic and some far out!
Class size is limited to 20, submit form below, call, or stop by the shop to register.
Class includes at least 10oz of cheese and their pairings, crackers, and an adult beverage.
