Truly a winter cheese! In-depth discussion about the cheese that gets a bad rep due to slimy deli cheese (swiss). Learn how this cheese is so unique, and how it has, quite possibly, the most romantic, bucolic origin story of all cheeses! We will be tasting a variety of Alpine cheeses and as a finale, experiencing the swiss tradition of Raclette.
