We were lucky enough to get to attend Cheese Camp this July. This time, however, was for a special reason: Tina got to take the ACSCCP exam. She studied very hard for this extremely difficult exam which covers a huge spectrum of cheese knowledge, think the Mater Sommelier Exam for cheese. Along with 273 of our cheese industry peers, she toiled for four hours. We had a great conference experience: taking sessions with leaders in the industry, meeting cheesemakers, and finally tasting some great cheese we hope to bring to you.
After 6 weeks of waiting, Tina finally got the news we’ve all been hoping to hear: she passed! She joins an elite group of Certified Cheese Professionals across the country and around the world. We are very proud of our “Big Cheese”.
